  Hummus appetizer was great. That's about all I can say. The short ribs were very disappointing. There were no rib bones. All they were was a pot roast that was sliced up and served over a bed of mashed potatoes. Very dry and chewy. The "crispy" onion rings were soggy.
  Servers are grossly understaffed. They need help with bus boys or bus girls. Server forgot our bread, forgot our silverware, forgot our olive oil, forgot our plates.
  The place is also a sorry place if you want to catch any kind of sporting event at the bar.
  Sorry to say, but I won't be coming back. There are much better options in Annapolis.

  Always a delicious dinner. Always...
  Waiters and waitresses are very good. Amanda in the wine tasting room is great. Too many of the rest of the staff in the wine tasting room are not welcoming.

  "Very nice place serving their own brand of wines with a good and reasonably priced menu. Definitely a must-go when at Annapolis Town Center. Be sure to go to the tasting room downstairs (accessible from the street) to try 1 of 3 tasting flights each with 2oz pours!"
  
  That's what I said after my first 3 visits, but that hasn't been our experience since then. The wines are wildly inconsistent, the wait staff is growing more impolite and the food quality hasn't been good. We used to go here as an alternative to our go-to place but quickly realized that it's not worth the money at all. I'd rather spend the 20-30% more at our go-to gem where I know I'll get fantastic wines, great service and delicious food than give any money to Cooper's Hawk.
