  The food is great and consistent. The scallop appetizer is not to be missed. Carroll's Creek overlooks the beautiful Annapolis harbor and has windows all around so you have a view even if you are not sitting at one. Reservations are a must.

  The food and service is amazing. It can be a little pricey, but if you hit happy hour first you can save a buck. I strongly recommend the scallops and rockfish. Beware there is a service charge of $5 for sharing plates. The view at night is gorgeous. Great date night spot.

  Great service, pretty good food but a bit pricy and a bit "trying too hard" with too much sauce, too much cream, too much mustard etc etc. Could use either one of the following: (1) more authentic US flavors, or (2) more authentic international flavors. It sorta feels like it can't make up its mind.
