  The Azure is a fairly new restaurant in Annapolis located in the Westin Hotel... The atmosphere is elegant, the service was top notch, the food prepared and presented most eloquently and, last but not least, the food was excellent! Bon appetite!

  We took our family for Easter Brunch. Azure lost our reservation, misrepresented how much it would cost and where the brunch was going to be held. They put is in a "reception room," not the actual restaurant. I had to walk my handicapped father all over the hotel because we were not seated in the restaurant as promised over the phone in advance. The staff was totally unprepared with mass confusion as to the location and reservations. The power kept tripping which prevented anyone from our table of ten from getting an omelet or being served warm meat from the carving station. It was way over priced, they added 20% gratuity, and charged us $9 per mimosa without our prior knowledge. Azure's "mimosas" tasted a lot like plain refrigerator OJ. I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN! I felt cheated and misled. Azure Westin staff: You should be ashamed!
